Ready to join the CMP or looking for more information? Please request a Recruitment Pack or contact us for an informal discussion. We can also arrange to visit your unit and present the benefits of CMP participation.
Getting prepared
Once you’ve decided to join:
1) Recruit or appoint staff to collect and validate the data
2) Purchase and install CMP compliant data collection software for your unit
Sign and return
1) Participating Unit’s Agreement (our contract with your unit)
2) Unit Contacts Form
Start participating
We provide all the necessary training and support for you to begin successfully participating in the CMP. You’ll soon be collecting and validating data, and receiving timely Data Analysis Reports for local quality improvement.
