The INICUA team is dedicated to helping audit staff make the most of participation in the audit. We provide support and guidance to ensure participants receive accurate and timely data analyses to facilitate local performance management and quality improvement.
Senior Audit Manager
The Senior Audit Manager oversees all of ICNARC’s audits, including INICUA. They are an integral part of the ICNARC Senior Management Team and work to ensure that INICUA continues to develop and improve the processes, products and service we deliver to our participants.
The INICUA Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day running of the audit. They are the principle point of contact for participating units and manage the validation process, as well as overseeing INICUA training and events.
INICUA Data Manager
The INICUA Data Manager provides technical support to the INICUA team, to resolve data queries, including dataset or software related issues.
INICUA also receives support from the National Audit Programme.
