Structure

The National Audit Programme (NAP) acts as an umbrella for all national clinical audits managed by ICNARC and any related projects.

The NAP team is led by a Senior Manager, supported by an Administrator and a Data Manager who work across all our live audits. These include both current national clinical audits and those in development.

Internally, we work closely with our colleagues in the Clinical Trials Unit (CTU) as well as our statistical and software development colleagues, to deliver a high quality service to all participating sites.
